I help organisations make better decisions by keeping people at the centre of the work.

Often working at the intersection between industries on complex problems that require high degrees of collaboration. I have thirty years of practice across the public and private sectors, in Australia and the UK.

Most recently I was Director of Customer Experience Design at Transport for NSW, leading a team of over sixty across futures, service design, UX, and wayfinding. Previously I co-founded Meld Studios, one of Australia’s most recognised design practices. Amongst other things Meld Studios were awarded:

• ‘2024 Good Design Team of the Year’
• ‘2018 Good Design Award of the Year’
• 2024 named by the Australian Financial Review in the Top 5 Best Places to Work in the Professional Services industry across Australia and New Zealand.

I now work independently. For some engagements I partner directly, for others I bring together a network of trusted practitioners to suit the work.

I am based in Sydney but work across Australia.
