This foundational workshop is designed to raise awareness and introduce participants to the core principles and practices of Human Centred Design (HCD).
Through a mix of theory, real-world examples, and hands-on activities, you’ll gain a solid understanding of how to apply HCD to solve complex problems, create more meaningful services, and put people at the centre of your work.
This workshop has been delivered 100s of times in-house and publicly for public and private sector organisations.

“This is the only service design course I know of that addresses the intersection between tools, socialisation and organisation/of project activities. You nailed it.”
“Iain has provided HCD training for teams I’ve led over many years now. His great mix of theoretical knowledge and real world experience makes him a fabulous trainer on all things HCD. The value we’ve gained from this training is immense.”
