Customer immersions

We will facilitate a safe and immersive session (or more) in which your team get to meet and talk with actual customers. Nothing will shift the way a team thinks and acts more than the wake up call of meeting actual customers.

  • We will recruit customers against the agreed profile.
  • We will facilitate research activities enabling your team to observe and/or interact with real customers.
  • We will help the team conduct structured reflection of their experiences to reveal insights and opportunities for improvement.
